Carafe à vin en cristal de Baccarat.
 
Travail d'une grande complexité nécessitant une grande maîtrise et un savoir-faire important. Paraison richement taillée avec de multiples ciselures qui s'entrecroisent et des motifs étoilés. 
Bouchon en cristal doublé et taillé.
Monture argent au goulot. Poinçon Minerve et poinçon orfèvre BE, poinçon de la Maison Bloch-Eschwege, 23 rue des Fontaines à Paris (poinçon utilisé entre 1921 et 1936).
Carafe référencée dans le catalogue Baccarat "Pièces diverses taillées" 1916, page 11 n°614.
 
Coloris : améthyste.
Hauteur 45,6 cm. Hauteur sans bouchon 37,1 cm. Diamètre à la base 9 cm. Contenance 75 cl.
Carafe non estampillée. Produite avant 1936.
 
Carafe en parfait état, jamais utilisée. on note cependant un minuscule éclat au bas de la carafe, de la taille d'une tête d'épingle (voir la dernière photo).

Work of great complexity requiring great mastery and know-how. Richly cut parison with multiple intersecting carvings and star patterns.
Lined and cut crystal stopper.
Silver mount at the neck. Minerva hallmark and goldsmith hallmark BE, hallmark of the House Bloch-Eschwege, 23 rue des Fontaines in Paris (hallmark used between 1921 and 1936).

Unstamped carafe. Produced before 1936.
 
Carafe in perfect condition, never used. However, there is a tiny chip at the bottom of the carafe, the size of a pinhead (see last photo).
